- Why won't my garage door close?
- The most common causes are misaligned or blocked safety sensors, a broken spring, or a door that's off its track. Check that the sensor lights near the floor are steady and nothing is in the door's path. If it still won't close, stop using it and call us — forcing it can cause more damage.
- My door is stuck halfway — is that dangerous?
- It can be. A door stuck mid-travel usually means a broken spring or cable. Don't force it. Call us and leave it alone until we arrive.
